Top Tips for Recording On Demand Content
How to record on demand content?
Arrange a teams meeting with Kikelomo Famuyiwa (ideally before 14 April) with the title '*your department* on demand recording'.
Log into this team meeting and record your content. You will also need to grant Kikelomo access to the recording. Once we have access to the recording the Events Team and we will upload it onto the Bizzabo Platform.
Please make sure to record the session in one take as we will upload the content as recorded.
What to consider before recording?
- On demand content should be a presentation that highlights general features of the course(s), department and University.
- The presentation should cover content that is applicable to 2023 and 2024 entry
- The presentation should last between 10 - 30 minutes and should not exceed 30 minutes.
- The speaker’s camera must be on
- Please note that we will be captioning all on demand content. Make sure that the audio quality is good and clear to allow accurate captioning.

- An outro signposting any enquiries to department’s email addresses or any related recruitment activity
