Room Etiquette
Only use a room if you have booked it or have checked that it is available at the time.
Please ensure that you keep to the times booked as meetings running over the specified end time will significantly inconvenience other users.
After the meeting is finished it is the room user's responsibility to clear and tidy the room ready for the next user. Please leave the room as you would wish to find it, taking any confidential papers or rubbish with you as you leave. If any signs are put on the door (e.g. “interviews in progress - do not disturb”) these should be removed when no longer applicable to avoid confusion.
The hospitality team require at least 15 minutes between meetings to clean and set up, therefore any delay to the end of a previous meeting will have a knock-on effect on subsequent bookings.
Furniture should remain in the usual layout. Layout changesLink opens in a new window are permitted for CMR 1.0 and should be requested with the University House Porters, giving at least 5 working days' notice.
AC0.02 and AC0.03 have a partition between them which can be opened to combine the rooms into one large room. If you would like to book AC0.02 and AC0.03 as one room, please book both rooms and contact the Argent Court Porters, giving at least 5 working days' notice.
