How to publish Papers

  1. Follow the link to your department from the list at the right.
  2. Select the appropriate year from the navigation.
  3. Choose Upload a file from the Edit menu at the top right.
  4. Upload each paper as a pdf named by the apac code.
  5. You must fill in the keyword field as below and tick the Allow the Warwick Search service to include this file checkbox; failing to do so will mean the paper will not be searchable.

module:LA102, year:2008, available:1, apac:LA1020

The keywords are case-sensitive. Do not confuse the official module code with the paper code.

* When creating a new year, please remember that you need to change the page properties to Contents List in order for the papers to appear on the page

Can I edit keywords after I have uploaded the file?

  1. Choose the More... option from the Edit menu at the top right.
  2. Select the Files tab.
  3. Select the file you wish to edit. The row is highlighted in grey.
  4. Select Edit properties in the tool bar.
  5. Use the same keyword instructions as above.

Deleting papers

  1. Go to the relevant page within your department's pages (eg ib/2005).
  2. From the Edit menu in the top right select the More... option.
  3. Select the Files tab from the navigation.
  4. Select the file you wish to delete and press the Delete button from the menu.

As an alternative to deleting you could restrict the view permissions of the page. This would preserve the papers as a private archive.
