Data was recorded on whether or not the sites contained links that pertained to privacy, terms and conditions and copyright information. The variety of links that led to these sections was quite wide and it was hard to separate them out cleanly. Sometimes the same link applied to two or more different sections so it was recorded for each one. I've only shown the top few links on some of the bar charts because a large number of them were unique and this doesn't tell you much about any trend. There were 15 sites in total that didn't have any of the links or information present, which is over 10%. A much larger number didn't have all three.

Most pages did not have an explicit link to privacy information, but of those that did, 'Privacy' and 'Freedom of Information' were popular choices. These links were usually located in the footer somewhere.

Again, a large number of sites did not have this link explicitly, but where they did 'Disclaimer' was a common choice and it was usually located in the footer somewhere.

Copyright information was often just placed in the footer in plain text. More sites than have been recorded had this since if there was a link, I made a note of that instead and some sites had both a link and plain text copyright information.
