Display a form dataset in a web page
Use the Form Dataset page template to display a dataset in a web page.
- Browse to the location in your site where you want to add a new page to show the dataset.
- Go to Edit > Create a new page.
- Select Change page template to expand the options, then select Change.
- Choose the Form Dataset page template.
- Select the search button in the Dataset ID box.

Choose the relevant form from the Select FormsBuilder data source drop-down list:
- SiteBuilder returns all the datasets available in your chosen form. Select the name of the dataset to add its ID number to the Dataset ID box.
- Finish populating the rest of the page properties.

Select Create new page. Your page will look similar to the following, depending on your data:
