Purge deleted pages & files
To bulk purge all deleted pages and files in a website, rather than one at a time, you need admin or edit permissions for your home page.

Browse to your site's home page.

Go to Edit > More:

On the Current site tab, select Purge deleted content:

The Purge deleted content screen shows sets of deleted pages in rows with the topmost URL of each set in the right-hand column. Use the checkboxes to select the sets to purge:
Caution: Once purged, pages and files cannot be recovered. Make sure you want to remove the content before continuing.

Select Purge pages.
