Digital Screens

big screen

Introduction

The campus digital screens are a great way to support your visual-focused communications all across campus. They can be used to promote events, offers, activities and announcements relating to life at Warwick. The screens are not intended for external advertising, or for sharing strong views/opinions.

Please be mindful that we won't be able to schedule all the content we receive, and will measure suitable content based on: Impartiality and Suitability. We will also ensure that a suitable balance of content is met across the schedule.

Content Guidelines

Please read through the General Content Guidelines before creating any content for the digital screens. All requests need to look correct, have the correct dimensions, and if you are submitting videos with sound they are required to have the correct audio levels.

Department Managed Digital Signage Screens

Generally, content submission requests are loaded to our 'Global playlist.' This means it will display across all campus digital screens with the exception of the screens listed below which are controlled by the departments. Therefore, if you wish to display content on their screens you will need to contact the department directly.

Big Screen Takeovers

If you are hosting a University scale event (an event that is relevant to a large University audience), it may be possible to request a 'Big Screen Takeover.' You can use the same content submission form above to make your request or email digitalscreens@warwick.ac.ukLink opens in a new window for further advice.

OneLan

This is the system used to manage the digital screens. If you require training to manage your departmental screens, this can be arranged:
