Oculus
General Information
Each day, the Oculus Screens show a playlist of varying content. Sometimes the screen is taken over for specific events, such as open days, family days, graduation, conferences.
This screen is only available during term time.
Regular Content includes: wayfinding and energy information, building notifications and activities and events.
Images and Video can be displayed on the screen. There is no audio available on the Oculus Screens.

Content Specification
Artwork needs to be supplied at exactly the stated pixel size resolution. No trim, bleed or safe-area is required.
Total content area size:
- Landscape
- 3840px x 2160 (UHD)
- 16:9 aspect ratio
Acceptable Creative Types
- Video (no audio)
- Images
- PDFs
- JPEG/PNG
- RGB
- 72dpi
- Please make QR codes large in size
- Text should be no smaller than size 11 font at the resolution above.
Format for Video
- No audio (please note that videos of talking heads, or which rely on voiceovers etc., are therefore not appropriate for this screen)
- MP4

- 30-60 sec long (2 min max for playlist content).

Once you have suitable content please get in touch with us via the form linked below.
We will check suitability and availability and advise on next steps as soon as possible.
Event Takeovers
For 'timed' events that need to happen on a specific date and time, we can arrange for the screen to show your specific content. The event must be taking place in the Oculus for the takeover to be accepted. Please submit your screen takeover request to us at least 2 weeks in advance of your event and specify that this is an Oculus takeover.
