Who can join UCU?

Our rules entitle anyone who works as an academic, lecturer, trainer, instructor, researcher, administrator, manager, computer staff, librarian or postgraduate in a UK university, college, prison, adult education or training organisation to join UCU.

Who are Warwick UCU and what do we do?

Warwick UCU is the local branch of the University and College Union, and we provide advice and support to members employed at the University of Warwick. We negotiate with the University on behalf of our members, for example on conditions of service. We also offer individual support for members, through our trained caseworkers, in relation to difficulties encountered as part of their employment by Warwick.

How is the branch organised?

We are run by a committee, and welcome new committee members.
