What is casework?
When members approach the branch about a workplace issue, they're assigned a caseworker to advise, represent, and support them.
Casework covers a wide range of issues, including:
- flexible working requests
- reasonable adjustments
- sickness absence
- grievances
- disciplinaries
- role regrading
- bullying or harassment
