Refreshments

Please note it is the room booker's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate time for the Warwick Food and Drink team to set up and clear refreshments between meetings. If you are making a room booking and know that you will be ordering refreshments, please ensure your booking allows an extra 15 minutes either side of the meeting. If you require lunch, please allow 30 minutes for delivery. For example, if your meeting is scheduled from 1.00pm - 2.00pm and lunch will be ordered, please book the room from 12.30pm - 2.15pm. Failure to do so may result in catering being unable to set up your refreshments.

When placing the refreshment order, please also provide Food and Drink with the times of the actual meeting (ie. 1.00pm - 2.00pm) as they always aim to deliver in the 15 minute window before the meeting start time and will require time after the meeting to clear the refreshments.

Please note that extra booking time does not apply to Argent Court meeting rooms, as refreshments there are placed on tables outside of the meeting rooms.

After the meeting is finished it is the room user's responsibility to clear and tidy the room ready for the next user. Please always leave the meeting room as you would wish to find it.
