Cutting-edge designs for Manufacturing Technology Centre
The Manufacturing Technology Centre were looking for a new solution for a really up to date modern exhibition stand. We met with their graphic designer and discussed their ideas. They currently had plants in situ within their reception area which divided the reception and the restaurant area. They wanted to give this space a real wow when visitors and staff arrived into the centre and something which looked cutting edge to blend in with their ultra-modern building.
They liked the idea of Light Boxes which offers a stunning visual impact and a very clean cut appearance whilst also having the flexibility to adapt too many different environments. The light box overall size was 2 metres in length and 2 metres height. The width was 150mm with silver anodised aluminium profiles. They decided to go for three of these, we rewired the units so that the cabling was daisy chained as they wanted them to all stand in a row together and either be used butted up together or with a space in between.
The double sided graphics have the benefit of been changed to suit whatever message is required for any events or conferences which maybe taking place. The graphics are printed on a non-textile synthetic material with a silicon edging to diffuse the LED lighting.
The MTC are planning on offering the light boxes as part of their conference package, so that their external clients can have the graphics printed and fitted on to the MTC light boxes so that the space is entirely theirs for the duration of their events. This is quite a unique selling point for them which they hope their clients will benefit from.
They have been installed meeting a tight deadline and look absolutely amazing. The staff have already commented that with the darker mornings and earlier evenings the light boxes certainly come into their own and can be seen glowing down the road. They have been had lots of really positive comments about them and are looking at potentially having more for another area.
