Intercultural Training

We want to encourage all of our students not just to encounter a wide range of cultures during their time with us, but to actively immerse themselves in a highly multicultural environment, learn about alternative world views and gain the global perspective which will help them excel in an increasingly globalised society.

Our innovative intercultural training programme is designed to help enrich your intercultural experience as part of your Warwick journey.

Delivered through three stages the programme includes access to interactive workshops and online media, helping you to develop your intercultural competency before, during and after your intercultural experiences at Warwick, in the community or abroad.

This brilliant programme is now available to all students at Warwick.

Workshop dates for term 3 are now available on myAdvantage - "Intercultural Awareness" workshop dates (part 1 of 3) are available here and "Intercultural Competence and Employability" workshop dates (part 3 of 3) are available here.

This programme is being delivered by the International Student Office in partnership with the Centre for Applied Linguistics (CAL) with content being devised by leading Warwick academics in the field of Intercultural Communication.
