Funded by ESRC CASE Studentship with HECSU as collaborating partner. This thesis used a mixed-methods research approach, combining statistical analysis of national longitudinal survey data of UK graduates currently in their early careers (Futuretrack) and in-depth qualitative interviews with selected survey participants.
