Background
I graduated from Warwick with a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science with Intercalated Year in July 2017 and am currently in my first year of a four year PhD within the School of Life Sciences.
During my degree, I developed a keen interest in neuroscience and had the opportunity to learn about circadian rhythms during my year of study abroad at McMaster University, Canada, before returning to complete my final year. Throughout my time at Warwick, I broadened my lab experience which has prepared me for my current research project.
My research aims to determine the role of feedback in the circadian timing system, namely using mice to understand how the circadian clock can be impacted by physical activity.
