The 5th Sustainability Summit which took place on the 28th of November 2019 at the University of Warwick was a huge success. This student-staff led summit was organised to ensure like-minded individuals could come together and share best practice.
Our expert speakers not only touched on the Climate Emergency, but went beyond that. They educated the audience on existing and future energy infrastructure, consumption habits, food waste and the need to be informed on subjects which matter, such as the current climate crisis. The summit allowed students along with members of the general public to acquire insight from professionals and activist groups and had the opportunity to network, whilst also making invaluable connections with them.
You can catch up on the event by watching the video from the evening below. Our next summit will be on 5th March 2020 from 6pm during #GreenWeek2020 so be sure to add it to your diaries and grab your free seat when the sign up goes live.
