The project room is available for Project Leaders and Exec to use for volunteering related purposes only. It mainly operates on a drop in basis, but if you require guaranteed access to the printer or would like to hold a small meeting you can book the room using the calendar below. Please be aware that Project Leaders or office staff may require access at any time to collect project resources. So if you require a private space free from disturbances, we recommend that you book an alternative room.

You will need the door code below to access the room, PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE CODE WITH OTHERS!

The project room should not be used for general Society or Club related activities as there are separate facilities, resources and funding provided by the SU for this purpose.

• Term time 8.30 – 22:00, Monday-Friday
• Vacation (including Welcome Week) 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday
• There is no weekend access
