Thank you for your interest in applying to join the Retired Staff Association of the University of Warwick.
By applying to become a member of this Association, you are confirming that you have taken note of the benefits outlined on the Association's home page and of the Privacy Notice shown below. The subscription is £15* on joining and is renewable in January of each subsequent year.
The Association welcomes Associate members who are partners/spouses of present/former University staff and no joining or annual subscription is payable.
Following completion of this form and its underlying payment/no fee form, you will receive an automated email. This is proof that you have enrolled and no further documents will be issued. *If, for whatever reason, your application is unsuccessful, then this fee will be refunded.

If you are the spouse/partner of a member, you are entitled to join for free - please complete all the relevant boxes for Associate membership below and click 'Send Form'.
The University of Warwick will process any personal data provided in membership applications and renewal forms, invitations to events, visits and walks for the purposes of administering and processing any payments in connection with being a member of the Retired Staff Association. By completing these documents, you have consented to receive information from the Association about its activities.
