Dealing with TUPE Transfers (For Workplace Stewards)
This course will take place FACE TO FACE at UNISON West Midlands Regional Centre, 24 Livery Street, Birmingham, B3 2PA
The Transfer of Protection of Employment Regulations (TUPE) provides a limited but important amount of protection to employees affected by transfers from one employer to another. This workshop examines the limits of the legislation and considers how to negotiate and organise for better protection for wages and conditions of employment and the continuance of union recognition.
