Precision population health

Capitalise on the interconnected health data across the region, the opportunities presented by our diverse population and our academic data science strengths.

Alignment to National Priorities

Aligning our regional and local priorities to national and NHS missions and priorities is important. Our partnership can play a leading role in delivering the NHS's Long Term Plan and supporting the government's mission to build an NHS fit for the future. Our partners have expertise to support the key drives of Analogue to Digital; Hospital to Community; and Treatment to Prevention, and we will be developing Grand Challenges to help address them.

We would be interested to hear from organisations interested in joining us on this journey.
