What does hiring the space include? Space hire includes up to 24 pc’s, and surround space as well as Centre coordinator for security and tech support. Once hire and testing dates are confirmed, the centre will be locked down to the public for the duration of testing. With only agreed testers, centre staff and dev teams given access.
Non-Disclosure Agreements arrangements? Participants (sourced by Warwick) and Centre staff are happy to sign NDA’s provided by your company.
Do the computers have access to Unreal/Unity etc? Yes, we have full ability to install any software required for testing.
Is there a control area to Monitor testing? Yes, we have a dev alcove set up with a 12-screen splitter to allow dev teams to monitor all screens at once, or switch between players at their convenience.

What happens once testing is finished? How do I know the test build is deleted? After each test, recordings, 1-1 interview footage, and data sets are uploaded to a password protected file sharing platform (Next Cloud) – Dev teams are given access for a specific period to download all data relating to the test. As all games are installed on a partitioned 500GB drive, Windows diskpart command is deployed once testing has concluded to securely erase any trace of the game/app or product.
