TCL World University Esports Championship Lands in the UK with the FC25 National Tournament at Esports Centre University of Warwick
TCL, a global leader in technology and electronics, proudly sponsors this event, highlighting its ongoing commitment to inspiring greatness in youth culture. Through its initiative, TCL Young, the brand continues to empower the next generation, offering pathways for personal achievement and creativity through the dynamic world of gaming.
TCL believes in playing alongside the younger generation, unlocking potential, and shaping new opportunities together. This vision is perfectly aligned with the FC25 tournament’s ethos, giving players a national stage to showcase their skills.
The tournament kicks off with internal university and college rounds, building to an epic grand final on October 26th at Warwick’s Esports Centre. The tournament unfolds across four stages:
- Registration Period: 27th September – 4th October
- University Internal Tournament: 27th September – 10th October
- Online Tournament (1st & 2nd Rounds): 12th – 13th October 19th – 20th October
- Grand Final: 26th October 2-5pm, Warwick Esports Centre
Each university or college will run its own internal competition, with the winners advancing to represent their institution in the national online tournament. The top four players will then battle it out in the grand final, competing for a £1,000 prize pool and a brand-new TCL TV.
