Course Structure

Autumn term:

  • Research Methods - we will automatically allocate you to this so you do not need to apply
  • 2 x 30 CAT modules, each assessed by coursework

 Spring term:

  • 2 x 30 CAT modules, each assessed by coursework

 Spring/Summer terms:

  • 60 CATS - 16,000 word dissertation – EN956 - we will automatically allocate you to this, so you do not need to apply

You can take one 30 CATS module from outside of the department, including the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL).
