Subject:ECLS Self-isolating process
Dear all,
As we move into a period where some of you will unfortunately be self-isolating, we'd like to explain how our process works for keeping in touch with us and making sure you can keep up with your workload.
If you are self-isolating, we'd really appreciate it if you would let us know by filling in this form:
https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/english/currentstudents/reportselfisolation
You're welcome to talk to your personal tutor too, or you can talk to our Senior Tutor, Dr Liz Barry (or me!). But please do fill in the form as soon as you know you're self-isolating.
If you can't attend an on-campus seminar because you're self-isolating, please email your seminar tutor. You will be able to book in meetings with your seminar tutors in their online office hours, and some tutors might also set some additional writing or reading to help you catch up. The University has asked us to move any scheduled on-campus seminars fully online if 50% or more of your class are self-isolating. We will keep you updated with any seminars that do move online and amend your Tabula timetables accordingly.
Do let us know if you have any questions, and if you lose the link in this email, you can find links to the form on the ECLS homepage and on the UG and PG pages.
Thanks for your help.
Best wishes,
Emma Mason
