Notification of Module Registration update

This form is for you to advise us of a change to your module registration so we can update this for you.

Please ensure you are logged in so your details appear below or we will not be able to deal with your query if we do not know who you are!

If you are advising about a change of module, please complete the details below.

Please provide full details of the module or modules you are now swapping to or now being added to - we require the full module code and module title - if you do not provide this complete information, this will delay your request.

I confirm that I have received confirmation from the relevant department that I have been approved to take their module and have checked it works with my timetable – I understand the implications if this is not correct and if I am removed from this replacement module and lose my place on the English Literature module. (required)

If you are a part year student taking a 15 CATS module, please advise advise if you want to be registered for the 15 CATS version of the module OR the 12 CATS version of the module.
