2018

April: Peter Larkin: Poetry, Phenomenology, Ecology, a symposium on the poet Peter Larkin's writing, 26 April; funded by the Oxford Phenomenology Network, University of Oxford; Department of English and Comparative Literary Studies, University of Warwick; and Centre for Research in Philosophy, Literature, and the Arts, University of Warwick.

April-May: Inscriptions: Image | Text | Sound, an exhibition looking at the connections between compositions by Peter Larkin, Howard Skempton, and Simon Lewty across different media curated by Nick Lawrence.

June: Poetry and Philosophy Workshop. With the support of the Institute of Advanced Study and the Humanities Research Centre at Warwick, the Centre for Philosophy, Literature, and the Arts held a one-day workshop on Poetry and Philosophy on June 11.

June: Wordsworth reading group. The Wordsworth Reading Group held four meetings in term 3 (2017-2018) to read and discuss Wordsworth's poems "The Ruined Cottage" and The Prelude (1805 version), along with some supplementary texts.

March: Neurosis, Poetry, and the Present: a workshop organised by Professor Daniel Katz (Warwick) and Professor Benjamin Noys (Chichester), hosted by CPCT; 18 March; Goldsmiths, University of London


2016

October: Elizabeth Jennings: a Symposium marked the 90th anniversary of Elizabeth Jennings' birth, and was held on 29 October, 2016, St Anne's, Oxford. It was funded by the University of Warwick, British Academy and Leverhulme Trust, and St Anne's, Oxford.
