Weil is a subordinate conjunction; therefore, the verb goes to the end of the subordinate clause. The two clauses are separated by a comma.

For Example: Ich kann nicht in die Schweiz fahren, weil ich kein Geld habe.

In case of a sentence starting with a subordinate conjunction:

Weil ich kein Geld habe, kann ich nicht in die Schweiz fahren.
