History of Art in Venice

Study in Venice

The Venice Term offers the chance to study art in situ with Warwick academic staff based in the city. A range of subjects and periods are covered, and there are opportunities to immerse yourself in current art events, including exhibitions such as the Venice Biennale.

As well as a basis for an academic career, a degree in art history is essential for many key posts in museums, galleries, heritage services, auction houses and fine art publishing. Our course will equip you with skills, knowledge and perspectives that can be used in many jobs outside the art world.
