Izzeldin Abuelaish is a Palestinian doctor and author of I Shall Not Hate: A Gaza Doctor's Journey on the Road to Peace and Human Dignity. He founded the Daughters for Life Foundation in memory of his daughters, who were killed during Israeli shelling of his home. He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at University of Toronto.
