Pat Boran writes poetry and short fiction for children and adults and has published a writers' handbook The Portable Creative Writing Workshop. He is the editor of the Dedalus Press and has been Programme Director of the Dublin Writers Festival for many years. He presents The Poetry Programme on RTÉ Radio 1.
