Roy Hattersley

Roy Hattersley was elected to Parliament in 1964, and was leader of the Labour party from 1983-1992. Alongside a career of over thirty years in politics, he is also a prolific writer in a great variety of genres - biography, autobiography, political essay, novel and canine memoir with the bestselling Buster's Diaries. He has done regular work for radio and television, and has had a long career in journalism.
