Mimi Khalvati

Mimi Khalvati was born in Tehran, Iran and has lived most of her life in England. She has worked as an actor and director in the UK and Iran and has published several collections of poetry, including The Meanest Flower which was shortlisted for the 2007 T S Eliot Prize. She is the founder of The Poetry School and was the Coordinator from 1997–2004.
