Travel bursary
A limited bursary is available to assist with accommodation and travel (up to £100) for those attending the event on the 4th and 5th of March 2025. If you require financial assistance, please complete our Bursary Form. Please note that the bursary amount is limited, and we encourage early submission to secure support. The scheme is open to all event delegates.

Original receipts for all expenditure must be attached (not photocopies).
Gather evidence to demonstrate attendance, e.g. an interview invite letter from an employer, registration form for a careers fair or placement offer letter from an employer (photos can be accepted)

How to complete the form:
Review the University's Expenses guidance and procedures to ensure compliance. Enter the first and last date of the period for which the claim is being made. All claims should be submitted within 3 months of the expenditure being incurred.
Payment:
Payment will be via BACS, unless a specific request is received for payment by cheque. Your remittance advice will be sent by email - please insert your email address if this is your first claim. If you do not have an email address, please enter the address to which you wish your remittance advice to be sent.
