Scope

The uncovering of causal relationship can be considered the goal of scientific research. There are many different areas of active causal research, from advancements in machine learning and causal inference in statistics to Granger causality in economics to applications in the social sciences to the philosophy of the science behind causality. The Bridges Conference on causality seeks to explore the frontier of causal queries across disciplines and facilitate interdisciplinary discussion on the history and current practice of causal methodology.
