Getting Back on Track is a student design competition with the aim of encouraging innovation and raising awareness of the day to day challenges facing people with a spinal cord injury.
The idea of the competition is to design an invention aimed at improving the lives of people with a spinal cord injury – it can be something simple, like creating an easy way to change a lightbulb, or something more complex, like a dishwasher adapted for people with a spinal cord injury to use with ease.
The winning entry will receive £3,000 for the individual student/ team as well as £2,000 for their university!
With submissions being accepted up until the 21st of May, there’s still plenty of time to take part and be in with a chance of winning. You can find more details here.
