Credit bearing Advanced Training application processes for non-ESRC funded PG students from University of Warwick

 
This is the Registration of Interest form for non-ESRC funded postgraduate students based at the University of Warwick wishing to undertake one of the credit bearing Advanced Training modules offered at the University of Warwick. ESRC funded students at Warwick and ESRC funded students from MGS partner institutions should return to the main credit bearing Advanced Training page at https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/cross_fac/esrcdtc/researchandtraining/advancedtraining and follow the appropriate link relating to your own circumstances. Please complete this form fully and clearly. Please note that this is a registration of interest form only and further actions will need to be taken once the Warwick DTC staff have secured you a place on the module(s) in order to formal enrollment to be completed. You will receive an email in due course letting you know if a place of available for you on your selected module(s) and providing guidance through the enrollment process as appropriate.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, except with your Home institution in accordance with the Midlands Graduate School’s credit transfer agreement. From time to time anonymised information (e.g. class sizes) may be shared with other consortium members for monitoring purposes. By submitting this form you understand that your personal data will be collected by the University of Warwick for the purposes outlined above and the personal data will be kept for the lifetime of the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership.
