Exhibit fee: £1,000

Exhibit fee includes

• A space includes a table, 2 chairs, space for a poster or booth, power and Wi-Fi access.

• The table dimensions are 4ft 7in by 2ft 5.5in.

• One exhibitor badge per exhibiting company. The badge will be issued in the name of the

exhibiting company and the register unless otherwise stated.

• Additional representatives must register as conference attendees.

• One abstracts book, one conference USB, plus any other conference materials.

Exhibitors selection

Selections will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

• Monday 15th May – Thursday 18th May 2017

You are able to unload materials outside Scarman entrance. Cars then need to be moved to the carpark
