Consumer transaction data from leading financial institutions in the UK can reveal how people's behaviour is changing through the Covid pandemic. Neil Stewart (WBS Professor of Behavioural Science) is using these data data to provide real-time insights into how whether lock-down measures and being adhered to across the population; how they are reshaping the economic and social life; and how these changes may be relevant to real-time policy development.
