Thomas Karkari - grants awarded
Thomas Karikari of the 2013 cohort, based at Warwick, has been awarded numerous grants over the past year, as follows:
BRO grant 2016 (€16,000) – to organise an advanced school on the neurological aspects of infectious diseases
ISN grant 2016 ($6000) - to organise an advanced school on the neurological aspects of infectious diseases
Outreach grants (£4,400) – Biochemical Society, University of Warwick, European Society for Evolutionary Biology, The Physiological Society
Conference travel grants (£1,760) – Genetics Society, The Physiological Society, Alzheimer’s Research UK
Science communication training grant (~ £500) – Genetics Society
