Masterclass Proposal Form

Please fill in the details below before Wednesday 15th October to propose an MIBTP masterclass for the 2025/26 academic year. We will be in touch shortly after the closing date to confirm the finalised details of your masterclass.

Please note that MIBTP will provide you with £300 per day to support the running of the masterclass. This fee must cover all expenses, including any Graduate Teaching Assistant contracts you need.

Sessions must be between 6- and 8-hours long and must start after 9:30am to allow students to commute from all institutions. Please indicate below the desired timing for each session of this masterclass (e.g. 9:30 - 16:30)

You may wish to run this masterclass several times throughout the year. Please indicate below how many occurrences of this masterclass you would like to run. N.B. If your masterclass can only accommodate fewer than 7 students, you may only run a maximum of 2 occurrences.

Do you intend to recruit any Graduate Teaching Assistants to support the running of this masterclass? (required)

If at any point you decide you will need to recruit a GTA to assist with the masterclass, please notify your local MIBTP admin team as soon as possible to organise the GTA contract. It is imperative you do this well in advance of the masterclass date, as the contract must be in place before the masterclass takes place.
