The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this form for the purposes of organising, facilitating and administering your attendance at the Polymer Conference between 13th-16th July 2020.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract and consent; consent is only required where you have provided dietary requirements. You may withdraw your consent at anytime and if you wish to do so then you will need to contact D.M.Haddleton@warwick.ac.uk. Please note if you do withdraw your consent we will not be able provide you with catering at this event.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick except if you submit an abstract (which also will display your name, your university affiliation and email address only) then this will be displayed on the University of Warwick’s website which is available worldwide.

Your personal data will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of up to one month after the event.
