We are a diverse team of talented, enthusiastic, and inquisitive individuals whose work takes electrochemistry from the fundamentals to practical applications and across disciplinary boundaries.
Our researchers are offered a wide range of opportunities to develop both their technical and transferable skills at every career stage. The team support each other through every step of the academic journey including preparing conference presentations, research proposals and publications. Beyond the group itself we are honoured to collaborate with a broad range of industrial and academic colleagues.
Outside of research we are a social and active group who welcome anyone who wishes to join us in a huge variety of casual social or sporting endeavors (no experience necessary).
Who Are You?
Whether you are looking to join us or collaborate with us we are always happy to work with people who are keen to push the boundaries of research and think we could help.
We encourage interest from students and early career researchers with the curiosity and drive to apply their minds to any aspect of electrochemical sciences. You don't need to be an electrochemist already to work with us, we come from a wide range of backgrounds and we believe diversity of experience is what makes our research world class.
Members of our team will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively during their research and so should be self-motivated and capable of practical problem solving but will always be supported when asking for help.
