Getting to Warwick

The workshop will take place on central campus. If taking a taxi from the airport or train station please ask to be deposited near the Humanities Building on University Road.

If you are driving to campus, the most convenient car park to use is car park 7, but you may park in any car park without a barrier. You will need to print and display a conference guest parking permit, a link to which will be circulated via Email.

Arrival

The workshop talks, poster session and tea/coffee breaks will take place in the Humanities Building. Registration will be available from 1pm on Wednesday 13th September and the workshop will begin at 2pm. Talks will take place in room H0.58 on the ground floor.

If you wish to eat lunch on campus before the workshop, suitable outlets close to the workshop venue are the Arts Centre Cafe Bar, Cafe Library, Fusion and the WBS Cafe.

Accommodation

Keys for your on-campus accommodation can be collected from the conference park reception in the Students Union building between 15:00 and 23:45. There will be time to check-in between the first afternoon of talks and dinner on Wednesday 13th.

The conference reception team are available to answer any questions about your accommodation and other campus facilities between 07:00 and 23:00.

Keys should be returned to reception by 9:30 on your day of departure.

Meals

For those with overnight accommodation, breakfast will be available each day in the restaurant located on the first floor of the Rootes Building.

Lunch on the 14th and 15th of September will be available in Rootes Restaurant. Dinner will be available in Rootes Restaurant from 18:30 on Wednesday the 13th. You will need your workshop name badge to gain access. The adjacent Bar Fusion will be open for pre-dinner drinks.

The conference dinner on the evening of the 14th of September will take place in the Chancellors Suite on the 2nd floor of the Rootes building.
