Industry Advisory Board Meetings

The School established an Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) in 2014. This Board consists of a group of senior industrialists who will advise the School in the development of high level objectives and the key managerial measures required to attain them.

The Board support the School with the periodic review of the primary long-term objectives of the School, lend support in communicating these aims within the University and outside and, offer advice and guidance concerning the development of productive links with industry.

Including building on the discussions around STEM Grand Challenge to try and establish how best to grow and strengthen our existing research and education activities.

Changes to car parking at Scarman:

Please note the University will have introduced ANPR parking in Radcliffe and Scarman, with this in mind delegates will be required to pre-register their vehicle ahead of their arrival via the link below, this will guarantee complimentary parking. Please advise delegates to follow the below steps:

  3. Fill in your personal details located on the left hand side of the screen
  4. Ensure you have selected the correct date/s of your event and not the date you are registering, this is located on the right hand side of the screen.
  5. In the Promo code section, type the promotional code XBRTR- This code is unique to your event only. Adding the promo code, will cancel the balance taking the cost to “£0.00”.
  6. Finish process by click “Book Now”
