1. Fill in the sample kit request form. We will use this to ensure that the samples are from different areas, not all from the same water source!
2. Wait for our response. If we approve your request, we will send you a sample kit
3. Watch the postbox, wait for the water sampling kit to arrive. We can only accept samples that are sent in our water sampling kit! Please do not send us water in any other container as they may not be the right amount and could leak in the post.
4. Collect your water safely.
5. Fill the sample tube with water. Pop the tube and the absorbent sheet into the zip-lock bag and make sure it's closed well. Put the whole thing in the jiffy bag.
6. Post it. Done!
