Confirmation of online training

The RECOVERY-RS trial is inviting adults (aged 18 years or older) who have been admitted to hospital with COVID-19 to consent to join this research study comparing possible treatments.

The trial protocol provides professionals with full details about the background to and design of the trial.

To certify you have read the Participant Information Leaflet; understood how to obtain informed consent; randomise a participant into the trial OR to collect follow-up data for the RECOVERY-RS trial please complete the following form and provide your contact details below. NB it is not necessary to complete all of these in one go: please complete those that apply to your role.
