Training For Generic Login

The SOS trial training video below is relevant for site staff who will require access to their site's generic login for randomisation purposes.

Once you have complete the training slides, you must complete the below form to confirm that you have viewed and understood the content. The trial team will then be notified that you have completed the training and will inform your PI and issue the generic login details to you.
