Steps to take when going for your first grocery run in UK:
- Decide how many meal you will make in bulk. Usually a single cooking session will span 3 - 6 meals.

- Make a shopping list (Have a Look at you fridge and see what you need for the week ahead- Plan to use the vegetables and fruits you buy in a week so that they don't spoil and you don't waste money. - Plan out recipes for your week - If you know what you plan to make, you can purchase food accordingly from the shops. Thereby you can save money on any accidental wastage.
💡Tips
In the UK, most grocery items display a price per unit (e.g. per 100g, per litre) on the shelf label. When comparing products (especially bulk vs smaller packs) always check the unit price to see which offers better value.
