I completed a degree in Biochemistry at the University of Warwick and progressed onto the Systems Biology MSc in October '06.

 

My Systems Biology mini-projects:-

 

'Identification of Binding Sites for the Clock-associated Transcription Factor LHY' (supervied by I. Carre)

A laboratory project which involved preparation of samples for ChIP-on-chip analysis.

 

'Finding Transcription Factor Binding Sites in Co-expressed Promoters' (supervised by S. Ott)

A theoretical project which involved the analysis of microarray data, and motif finding in promoters of differentially expressed genes.
