Innovation Business Leadership

Innovation Business Leadership is directed primarily at fast moving SMEs who rely on innovation to gain competitive advantage. Successful candidates will receive a Postgraduate Award from the University of Warwick, and the opportunity to use these credits towards a future Master's qualification.

Programme Stucture

The programme consists of five separate three-day modules, blending WMG’s world renowned technical research with real business implications. The style of delivery is practical, emphasise “learning by doing” with lots of case studies, experiential exercises, discussions and key note speakers. Module content will give participants practical insights that can be implemented immediately for maximum impact:

Delivery and Assessment

Each module will be delivered over three days at the University of Warwick (residential options are available).

We firmly believe in practical learning and not lectures alone. You should expect to participate in group work, exercises and simulations as well as learning from the experiences of visiting speakers from a range of industries.

Assessment will be through two work-based projects. This enables participants to apply their learning directly back into their work environment and to embed their knowledge in a real world manner applicable to both themselves and their company.

Entry Requirements

Individuals are eligible for the programme subject to having a Degree/HND/Professional Experience.
